The Works of Rayhart offers the highest quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment is made. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us. We accept returns for merchandise unopened or in its original condition up to 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
Damaged Packages or Merchandise All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package in order to be eligible for a replacement. If it is evident that the package is damaged upon delivery, do not open the package and call us immediately at 703.723.8449 or within 48 hours of delivery, and we will then take the necessary steps to have the package returned for an exchange.
